Shipping policy

Order Processing 

Our products are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. We process orders within 1 - 3 business days (Excluding weekends and Holidays). However we usually ship within the next business day. 

Shipping Cost 

Shipping is free for domestic orders for all orders above 550 baht. 

Shipping cost on international orders is calculated and communicated to the customer before payment. International customers and see their shipping cost on their invoices. 

 

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped using Thai Post. We will update your tracking number on your order's page when it is ship and via e-mail. 

Kerry Express orders are exclusively for Cash on Delivery payment method. We will update your tracking number on your order's page when it is ship and via e-mail. 

 

International Shipping 

International orders are shipped using Thai Post shipping by air. We will update your tracking number on your order's page when it is ship and via e-mail.
