Return/Exchange Policy

  1. Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt and the product.
    1. The company is happy to accept returns/exchanges within 14 days. After this period, the company reserves the right not to accept returns/exchanges.
    2. Returned/exchanged products must be in their original condition, undamaged, with all components intact, and in the same condition as received.
    3. Customers are advised to keep their receipts for convenience.
  2. In case of defective products, a receipt must be presented along with the product.

    If purchased within 14 days, the company will gladly exchange it, but it must be in good condition, not damaged due to external factors such as drops or scratches from use.

  3. If the product being exchanged is out of stock, customers should contact the company for verification. If the office cannot find a replacement, they will inform the customer and offer a similar product of equal or greater value.

Product Warranty Policy

The company offers a repair warranty of 12 months after purchase. Customers must present a receipt or warranty card along with the product.

Student Bag Warranty

The company guarantees the key lock for 12 months. If damage occurs from normal use, not due to tampering, scratches, or water damage, repairs are free during this period.

Free repair services are available during the 12-month warranty period, including:

  • Bag handles
  • Zip pulls
  • Buckle clips

For student bags, customers are advised to keep their receipts.

Items Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Bag materials: fabric/leather/synthetic leather
  • Material wear and tear
  • Items not in 100% QC condition
  • Damage from normal use, not due to tampering, scratches, or water damage
  • Items that have been used and damaged
  • Items that have been submerged in water or soaked
  • Items that have been cut or scratched by sharp objects
  • Items that have been stained by chemicals or ink
  • Bags that have been used until the leather has stretched and lost shape

The company reserves the right to determine whether the product is under warranty conditions.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If shipped directly to customers, there will be shipping costs. If customers return items through the company’s counters, shipping is free, but it may take time as it needs to wait for the company’s shipping rounds.

Customers can renew their product warranty by registering on the company’s website at the form below.

Once customers register, general products and student bags will receive an extended warranty of 18 months.
