Return and Exchange Policy
A receipt must be presented along with the product for any returns or exchanges.
1.1 The company accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, the company reserves the right to decline any return or exchange.
1.2 Returned/exchanged products must be in their original condition, undamaged, and with all accessories intact, as originally delivered to the customer.
1.3 Customers are advised to keep their receipts for convenience in availing services.
1.3.1 For Defective Products
A receipt must be presented along with the defective product. If the purchase was made within 14 days, the company is willing to provide an exchange, provided that the defect is not caused by external factors such as water damage, scratches, or other misuse by the customer.
1.3.2 Out-of-Stock Items for Exchange
If the product to be exchanged is no longer in stock, customers should contact the company for further assistance. If the exact product is unavailable, the company will offer a similar product in design and price, ensuring that the price remains the same or higher.

Shipping Fees

Direct shipping to customers incurs a shipping fee.

If customers return/exchange products via the company’s counters in department stores, shipping is free. However, additional time may be required due to the company's delivery schedule.
Warranty application for Online Purchases
The product comes with a warranty, and a warranty certificate card is included in the bag. For online orders, customers can choose the following warranty process:

Keep the purchase order/tax invoice/receipt as proof of the product warranty along with the warranty certificate card, without the need to have it verified at a branch.

Warranty Extension
Customers can extend their product warranty by registering on the company's website within 30 days of purchase at the form below.
Once the registration is completed, products will receive an additional 6 months of warranty extension from the expiration date.
