How long does it take to make a customized bag?
It takes approximately 30 working days.
We take the necessary time to perfect your JACOB bag. While some orders may be delivered earlier, others might require a little more time to ensure they meet our standards.
How to clean my bag?
To clean your own Jacob, we recommend using mink oil and avoiding alcohol and water.
As your Jacob bag is made from genuine leather, exposure to water may damage it. The leather itself is also coated, and thus should not be exposed to alcohol as well. Including storing away from direct sunslight and using plastic bags for storage.
